Chicory salad with feta cheese.
leek (white portion),
feta cheese (100g),
spoon of sunflower seeds
Wash the chicorie, chop, sprinkle with lemon (½ of the head). Cut off the base called heart. Add Sliced: leek, pickled cucumber, pepper. Sprinkle the ingredients with olive oil (2 tablespoons) and mix with diced feta cheese (or Balkan type cheese). During mixing, season with pepper and a pinch of salt. Sprinkle with mint leaves and sunflower seeds.
